Joining Ad 2 Dallas is more than just happy hours and fancy galas (but we host plenty of those!). We commit ourselves to giving back to the DFW community with pro bono campaigns—providing marketing, advertising, and communications services to a local non-profit organization each term.
Our networking opportunities for young professionals under 32 is top notch, but our public service campaign is a highlight of every term year. Our members and board work together to produce work that can not only win awards (and have!), but truly make a lasting impact on every organization we serve.
Some of Our Previous Work
We have a long history of supporting organizations invested in improving DFW including:
Genesis has helped more than 1,200 women and children escape abuse. The experts at Genesis offer a wide-range of professional services personalized to each woman. Our partnership with Genesis generated 7 million impressions and increased web traffic by 25%.
Hunger Busters is leading the fight against food insecurity for Dallas children, providing 350,000 free after-school meals every year in 11 DISD schools as well as 6 after-school programs. With our support they were able to target charitable local businesses with a targeted campaign, further leverage a network of partners, and redirect their marketing from awareness to gathering donations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
RLC (Rescuing Leftover Cuisine) Dallas
RLC utilizes the method of “Food Rescue,” or “Food Recovery,” to gather excess food from local businesses and redirect it to local human service agencies (HSAs) like food banks, soup kitchens, and homeless shelters.Through a digital campaign and in person activations Ad 2 was able to help establish RLC in the DFW community.
2023 Term:
