Responsible for all client relations and outreach, project management, scheduling of client and internal meetings and working in close collaboration with the other members of public service to ensure the campaigns execution runs smoothly. Also, responsible for overseeing the client selection process in conjunction with the Ad 2 Dallas Executive committee.
Responsible for developing an execution plan for the Ad 2 Dallas yearly public service campaign. Work directly with the Public Service Account Executive and the client to determine campaign goals, target audience, core positioning/messaging, funding/budget plan, and execution timeline for a pro-bono advertising campaign.
Responsible for securing all funding and donations needed to the execute the strategy for the the public service campaign, handle all media relations, additional donor relations, and asset trafficking.

Develop workshops, speed networking, and other events with industry leaders to educate and promote professional development for high school and college students, and young professionals.

Manage the assignment of projects to members of the Ad 2 Dallas creative team and step in where necessary to ensure materials are delivered on time and in alignment with creative briefs.

Edit featured article submissions from members before they are posted on our blog. Collaborate with all committees on overall creative strategy needs. Manage other writers on the creative team if necessary.
Leads the creative team in development of photo and video assets for all Ad 2 Dallas marketing and communications including social, website, blog, email, ads, and presentations for club and event promotions. Lead the operation of video cameras and equipment and the on-site direction of video shoots in collaboration with the Public Service committee.
