What We Do:
Dallas isn’t the same place it was ten years ago. It’s makeup has changed. We are now one of the nation’s fastest growing cities, and that means significant shifts in the faces of industry, opportunity, and people looking to establish communities in the big D. Advertising is no exception to these shifts, but as our industry grows more diverse, so do the needs of each person we employ, partner, and collaborate with. Our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion committee is devoted to raising awareness, encouraging empathy, training sensitivity, and driving allyship and for every individual that works in our industry.
How It Works:
- We plan and organize events to drive positive action toward diversity, equity, and inclusion in the advertising workplace and beyond.
- We seek out agency sponsors to support professional development workshops related to allyship and sensitivity training.
- We provide materials and guidance to our members to actively seek involvement in local DE&I initiatives.
