Since 2018, we have been honoring the best and brightest of the Dallas advertising industry under the age of 32. Who are these people? They could be the hardworking co-workers who stay late to get the job done, the game changers who will be the next leader of your company, or simply peers you admire most. These are the individuals you aspire to be – the ones who go above & beyond and rise to the challenge every single time. No matter what their discipline is, they all have one thing in common – they reject the status quo.

what are the
All nominees must be active professionals working in the advertising, marketing, creative, and PR (or other related) fields.
All nominees must currently live in Dallas, or surrounding cities. (They do not have to work for a Dallas-based company)
All nominees must be between the ages of 18 and 32 by December 31st, 2022.
You must be connected with the nominee as either a boss, coworker, or colleague in order to answer questions toward their credibility.

Each year, our 32 Under 32 Awards Gala is sponsored by a collection of generous Dallas agencies and organizations that, in addition to making our events possible, help support our ongoing initiatives across education, DE&I, programs, and our pro-bono public service campaigns – which provide free advertising strategy, media buying, and creative services to a Dallas nonprofit in need.
