Cynthia de la Torre Castro

Senior Designer

PMG Digital Agency

As a Senior Graphic Designer at PMG, I work on a day-to-day basis on digital design work for clients like Old Navy, Beats by Dr.Dre, Cole Haan, and The Container Store (plus a few more). My creative work at PMG has awarded me multiple awards, from three Fort Worth Addy’s (1 bronze in 2018, 2 silver in 2019) as well as being recognized in The Drum’s 2019 list of 50 under 30 Women in Digital & Creative.

My career has also lead me down a path in diversity & inclusion. After seeing the lack of diversity in both the graphic design industry and the marketing industry, I’ve dedicated a large part of my time working to change that. I currently sit on the leadership team for both of PMG’s ERGs, the WeCollective and DIG, our diversity & inclusion group.  I’m also a part of AIGA DFW’s diversity & inclusion group as well as a previous member of the Texas Diversity Council.
