Since 2017, Abby has led programmatic execution & strategy across a range of retail accounts at PMG. Outside of her strategic work to push client business forward, her primary contributions include leadership of the Programmatic team’s Learning & Development efforts and acting as a manager & mentor to more junior team members. Looking forward, she is excited by all the continued innovation in the programmatic space and is thankful to all the mentors & managers who have helped her along the way.

Andrew McCurley

Andrew is a Branding & Strategy Executive at IBM supporting the Merck account in the United States and Canada and the MSD account in Latin America. Managing and being part of an international team, he enjoys learning about each other’s culture and supporting 4 different languages. 
 
A native of Dallas/Fort Worth, Andrew graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2016. Andrew has experience in the pharmaceutical, oil and gas, sports, and live event industries. Finding ways to be involved and give back, he is currently engaged in a project to help expand IBM’s internal global LGBTQ+ mentorship program and offerings. Outside of work, Andrew is an avid traveler, scuba diver, and concert aficionado.

Avery Moore

After graduating UNT, Avery started exploring career options from Wedding Planning to Sales. Advertising stuck. Starting as an intern at Specific Media quickly grew into an Account Manager role at Viant followed by Pandora. She then moved to the Client side, working at Whole Foods Market in ATX. Dallas called her home in 2021, and she continued her career on the Agency side at Arm Candy. In October, Avery started as the Marketing Mgr for Customer Growth & Media Strategy for Banana Republic Factory.

Braidon Clemence

Braidon Clemence is an advertising and public relations professional who is most commonly found with a camera glued to his hand, always ready for the next project. While providing multimedia services to multiple colleges in the DFW area, Clemence focuses on telling the story for his clients in the best way possible that the budget and timeline allows. Outside of the office he can be found participating in AAF and helping facilitate the soon to be – Ad2 Fort Worth as the incoming Vice President.

Bryce Morgan

Bryce is currently a Creative Director & Copywriter at Johnson & Sekin, leading his team to create in-store merchandise & social content for Chili’s Grill & Bar, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Blake’s Snow Shack, and more over the years. A proud UNT alum, he graduated in 2015 with a BFA in Communication Design and minor in music. His love for writing and design is outmatched only by his love for otters.

Caleb Alba

Caleb stoked his creative fires early on with illustration before pursuing graphic design at John Brown University. This foundation allows him to focus on the big picture as a Creative/Art Director, while excelling in the utilitarian aspects of any given objective. Over his career he’s created branding, digital, social and video content for a variety of clients like AT&T, Budweiser, Bud Light, SONY, Toyota, Interstate Batteries, Park Place Dealerships, Omni Hotels and Baylor Scott & White Health.

Catherine Babin

Catherine has created work for many of the brands within PMG’s portfolio including Old Navy, TikTok for Business, Quaker State, Cole Haan, Beats By Dre, and Cook Children’s Hospital. Catherine has led and produced content for the Old Navy account across multiple platforms. In 2021, she led the design team that produced a social campaign for Old Navy’s BodEquality launch, that won a Dallas AAF Silver Addy Award. Catherine enjoys being involved with PMG culture as well as the DFW advertising community.

Christy Luspo

Christy Luspo is from Houston and graduated from Texas A&M University with a marketing degree and a sales focus. She has worked in advertising both in sales and in account management, and currently works for Samba TV as an Account Executive in the TV data and digital media space. She’s passionate about connecting with others and is an expert in deepening relationships, penetrating competitive markets, and closing business with top accounts.

Damon Colonnetta

Damon brings order to chaos on our most complex accounts. Whether he’s organizing updates to sales sheets and brochures for Toyota, or gearing up for the next big exhibit launch at the Dallas Zoo, Damon gets the job done with a smile as genuine as his attitude. Damon is also everyone’s go-to happy hour buddy, always ready to talk shop or play foosball, and always with a cold one.

Deja Bowman

Deja Bowman has been working at TRG for almost two years. She started as a Brand Media intern before being hired full-time as a Junior Strategist. Deja is currently a Senior Strategist in the Brand Media Department, working on regional and local brands, contributing to expanding brand awareness, generating leads, and connecting the brand with the consumer by positioning the brand’s message in front of the appropriate audience at the opportune moment.

She is also an active member of Black at TRG and TRG and the volunteer group We at TRG. She has volunteered her time at the Martin Luther King Jr. Center and the Ronald McDonald House through these groups.

DeShaun Artis, a native of Magnolia, AR, is a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing at Sam’s Club, leading campaigns across merchandising, acquisition & community impact. DeShaun’s previous experience includes Dentsu Creative, LERMA/, & Deloitte. He hopes to show others through his work and actions that their voices make a difference when it comes to representation in the advertising and marketing industry. DeShaun is an alumnus of the University of Arkansas School of Journalism & Strategic Media.

After graduating from Trinity University in San Antonio, Emily started her media career in Los Angeles. She happily returned to Texas in 2017 and moved to TRG, rising to her current role as Group Media Strategy Director. Along with her client work, Emily leads the Moms@TRG ERG and was a mentor in the 4A’s 2022 Multicultural Advertising Internship Program. Although she is passionate about her work, Emily’s most important roles are as wife to her supportive husband, Jeff, and mom to her sweet and spicy toddler, Cora.

Emily Puig Hope is a Senior Strategist at Saatchi & Saatchi where she conducts consumer research, crafts briefs, and leads strategic thinking on vehicle launches and brand initiatives for the Toyota business. After a short stint in LA working on brands like Honda, Apartments.com, and UNICEF, she is thrilled to be back in her home state. Off the clock, she can be found playing with her two Australian Shepherds, learning a song on guitar, or studying the consumer zeitgeist (aka scrolling TikTok).

Through innovative fundraising strategies, the non-profits my team and I serve have been able to achieve breakthroughs never thought possible, and we’re not finished yet. Gabby Lanza is a Programmatic Activation Specialist at Apple Services, developing strategy and testing solutions in the programmatic space. Previously, she has led key initiatives on major brands such as McDonalds, Beats by Dre, and Cirque du Soleil, pushing for innovation in emerging areas such as CTV, the Metaverse, streaming audio and more. She was a co-founder of the BIPOC employee resource group at her last role, which promoted diversity and inclusion practices within the ad industry – an area she is passionate about and continues to fight for.

Grisel Perez

Grisel Perez is a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Avocados From Mexico. She has been with AFM for 7-years with key roles on both the Brand and Digital teams. As a core member of AFM’s Marketing team, Grisel has supported yearly strategic planning, research initiatives, and has overseen AFM’s brand media plans and creative work.

Presently, Grisel is focused on digital strategy, the execution of digital/social campaigns, and digital creative production for AFM. She has been a key contributor for the past five Super Bowl campaigns and in 2022 the AFM brand led the 2022 Super Bowl social conversation for the two weeks leading up to the Big Game. AFM’s Super Bowl campaigns have won multiple awards and media recognition for their unprecedented performance over the past years and have generated billions of impressions for the brand.

After graduating from UT Austin, she spent four years managing The Home Depot brand, cultivating client relationships while primarily working on content production and consumer marketing across all departments. She was drawn to LERMA/ by the agency’s vision and the opportunity to focus on Partnership Marketing, working with brands she is passionate about, such as The Salvation Army, He Gets Us, Scottish Rite for Children, and the College Football Playoff Foundation.

Imani is a University of North Texas graduate who started her career in advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi. She has since then embedded herself into the Dallas community with her notable creative projects under her brand, Imani Black.

Imani has partnered with local businesses such as Trinity Cider, Land of a Thousand Hills Deep Ellum, Mind Your Mat Company, and more on several successful marketing initiatives. She has also produced a docu-series titled Day With Dallas and curated virtual 3D art galleries with her abstract photography work. She’s even recently had a sold-out solo exhibition at a gallery in Downtown Dallas. Imani currently serves as our Creative Director on the Ad 2 Dallas Creative Committee.

In 2016, Jonathan began his career as a content creator at TwentyNine Thirty Creative where created original visual content to reflect the client’s specified “aesthetic” and strategy. This theme continued through his career with Oak Lawn Coffee, Commerce House, The Infinite Agency, and 3 years at PMG where he worked on accounts such as Old Navy, Beats by Dre, TikTok for Business, and Shell. Jonathan recently took a position Dieste Inc. as an Art Director.

Jordan moved from Louisiana to Dallas in 2016 to intern with TracyLocke. At the end of his internship, he was offered a position with TracyLocke. Starting as an art director, Jordan has quickly grown in his career, and he is now a Creative Director. When he’s not working, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife, Christin, and being an ultimate girl dad to his daughter, Emmy. He is a die-hard baseball fan and enjoys being outdoors.

In three short years at Spire, Julia has been promoted to both Sr. Account Executive and Account Supervisor. Today, she manages several of the agency’s key accounts, including TrinityRail, Tyler Technologies, Howard Hughes Corporation, Avantax and Cox Media. Julia began her career in the B2C realm at TM Advertising working on a number of household brands including Universal Orlando, No Yolks and American Airlines Federal Credit Union.

She is currently a Project Manger for Samsung.

She recently graduated from TCU where she participated in the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) and placed 2nd in the nation for her Tinder campaign.

During her 2 post-grad years, she volunteered with AAF Fort Worth & started Ad 2 Fort Worth. While serving on the AAF board she realized the opportunity to re-engage students & younger members. She has been collaborating with AAF District 10, & Ad 2 National to start an Ad 2 chapter. Ad 2 Fort Worth is being voted on in late November and Madison will be the incoming President.

Sarah is a brand manager at Plot Twist Creativity, where she works on the H-E-B, Favor, Raising Cane’s, and Witte Museum accounts. She also enjoys being highly involved in agency events and culture.

A born-and-raised Longhorn, Sarah graduated from The University of Texas in 2020 from the comfort of her living room. Before joining Plot Twist, she worked as an Account Manager at Unrivaled Group, an Austin-based agency where she gained experience in the fintech and entertainment industries. Still fairly new to Dallas, Sarah is learning her way around the city and how to be a hockey fan.

Beyond working on the day-to-day client business, Stanton is also involved in cultural initiatives for TMA, most recently organizing and leading a Pride Happy Hour and trivia event.

Prior to his time at TMA, Stanton worked at TracyLocke where he managed multiple field marketing campaigns for T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, and Sprint.
